Hoy doy fé que es necesario cerrar círculos para no empezar con obstáculos nuevos proyectos.

Hoy empecé a entrenar, y espero continuar!
día 1: cardio y sombras
Extrañaba hacer ejercicio para mi y no para evadir una situación o refugiarme en algo que me permita desahogar toda la íra que llevo dentro.

Para volver a entrenar como antes necesito disciplina, y eso es algo que había olvidado. No me interesa un torneo, ni medallas, ni premios, Mi mayor satisfacción es vencerme a mi misma, a la Giovanna que dejó atrás sus sueños para cumplir el de otras personas.

Es esencial empezar CON ESTIRAMIENTO Y CUERDA. para hacer cardio box o aereobox!
LOS DESPLAZAMIENTOS SON MUY UTILES, PARA COMBINARLOS CON SOMBRAS!

son las mejores, pero primero necesino manejar flexibilidad y estiramiento.
No soy tan veloz, aunque si bastante fuerte.
Busco trabajar resistencia y velocidad. Mis patadas son de Muayt-hai pero precarias.
Voy a trabajar mucho en ellas. Necesito patadas de verdad!
